I've spent 30 years building and running operating models inside eBay, Expedia Group, SodaStream, and Dell. While these are corporate brands, my experience extends to Private Equity, startup and entrepreneurial as well. I know what breaks at scale because I've had to fix it - from the inside, not the outside.
