Fractional COO | Operating Partner
Where strategy turns into execution.
I fix the operating model behind your growth - revenue architecture, execution systems, and people infrastructure, rebuilt from the inside.
Most leadership teams don't know where their operating model is breaking. They feel it - decisions that stall, teams that don't move together, strategy that doesn't convert to results. That's the gap I close.
Operating model design. Revenue architecture. AI enablement. People & talent systems. Working with founders and CEOs scaling from 50 to 500.
The gap between strategy and execution isn't a people problem. It's a systems problem. Scrappy processes, misaligned teams, and decisions that stall - these aren't failures of effort. They're symptoms of an operating model that hasn't kept pace with the business.
Growth creates complexity. Complexity breaks operating models. When the org scales faster than the infrastructure holding it together, leaders stop leading and start managing chaos. Revenue leaks. Talent disengages. Strategy never makes it past the deck.
I diagnose operating models from the bottom up - talking to the people doing the work, mapping how things actually flow, and building the cross-functional infrastructure that fixes it. Not a framework. Infrastructure.
From Strategy to Execution, Built to Scale
I've spent 30 years building and running operating models inside eBay, Expedia Group, SodaStream, and Dell. While these are corporate brands, my experience extends to Private Equity, startup and entrepreneurial as well. I know what breaks at scale because I've had to fix it - from the inside, not the outside. My approach and models are unique and designed to connect the people with the processes and the tools to deliver to defined expectations. My models, together or standalone, embrace the human component and align it with technology, not replace it, and is intended to bring repeatable and scaleable processes to organizations, teams and business. It’s what has made me incredibly successful over the past 30 years, and I want to help you do the same for your business, for your teams and for your customers.
There's a system behind this.
